Very old navy base and buildings constructed from the ballast stones of old ships. Nice shopping area today with mostly small artisan and souvenir shops. A few restaurants as well. Full review by TAMAN1951

We will be there for a day and a half, and want to explore on our own without the high cost of ship Excursions. Mainly, the forts and the Crystal caves.
