We visited the waterfall early in the morning, before we departed from our hotel nearby, so we did not even have to buy the tickets, there was no one at the gate. The waterfall was strong and abundan… Full review by ЉВ Ј

Officially it is not open after 31st of October (and not accessible). But of course it is nature, so everything is accessible if weather conditions and will allow it.

There is public transport to the local town of Golling-Abtenau but a fair walk from there. Best bet is to google the trip and select the public transport option

Up and back an hour is plenty. If you just go to the base it's about 5-10 mins.
