Our guided city walk does not include a ride on the "Cable car". The walk passes the entrance on Lambton Quay where we provide comment on the Cable Car, and suggestions for including a walk through the Botanical Gardens following the cable car ride. If time is limited the view from the terminus after the ride is well worth the trip, plus a visit to the museum covering the history of the cable car.
