Dec 14, 2006 · I had a hysterectomy on Oct. 24, 2006 so I am a little over 7 weeks post-op. I have been perfectly fine until after last weekend. I walked around at the mall for 3 hours. I started having pain in the groin area, it kind of feels close to my vagina but it also feels like it is kind of to the side of it. I spoke with my gynecologist about it.

Oct 6, 2020 · The pain was so severe that I left a message with my dr and she responded to follow up with a specialist. I find that odd considering lower back pain was a daily occurrence for me for years. I had an emg test a month ago and no nerve abnormalities were found.

Nov 21, 2004 · Anyway, if you have not yet decided to have surgery, a visit back to your GP might help you sort things out. If you can rule out any other causes it might make the whole picture look clearer. Like the others said...our broids can cause alot of varying problems. I mostly have the back and butt pain with a 12 week uterus and 4 fibroids.

Nov 28, 2021 · I have had hip and groin pain since hysterectomy, yep. The hip pain I didn't have before surgery, and it can be severe but has improved somewhat over the months post-op. The groin pain I had before surgery due to endometriosis, and I still have it. The groin pain feels a bit different post-op than it did pre-op, but still there so far.

It's great that you have a PFT referral, too ~ so much easier to prevent prolapse issues than run to catch up with them So thankful that you know more and have a way forward; praying that you feel much better very soon!
