Nov 22, 2023 · I need some help to archive off old emails in outlook 365 ( for personal). I currently have a folder set up for each year’s emails ie 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020 etc then each of these have 30+ sub folders. Unfortunately I also use an iPad & iPhone so on the outlook app for IOS every one of these folders is listed!

This is the case both on the web and desktop version. Strangely though I can view the archive folder when using the app on my phone. Any advice?

Yesterday - my computer crashed so I restored it and installed Microsoft Outlook 2007 again and went to my External Dive and retrieved my "Outlook 2007" back up .pst file and restored it into my outlook account but it only restored the "Personal Folder" and not the "Archive" folder.
