After searching for the course, mark all the courses you want to download then click Add to download. This will then move the courses to the Download Queue. Looking at your profile, I have identified that your MCT application was expired since March 7, 2019 forbidding the admission to the Learning Download Center since only active MCTs will have an access to all the courses.
