Most of our TV packages included DVR service a few years ago, but there were a lot of customers who didn't use it or want it, so it became an optional add-on for $10.00 per month.

May 3, 2023 · I've discovered that the clock as displayed on the DVR is off by as much as a minute when compared to the clock on my PC which is synced to a reliable network time source (e.g. time-a-b.nist.gov). I.e. when setting the time on the DVR switches to 11:15, the time on the on the PC shows 11:15:57 which is off by 57 seconds.

After a year or so with no issues I cannot view recordings or recording schedules consistently in the iOS app or Fire tv app. I have 2 iPhones and 3 Fire TVs. It is intermittent on all devices. I can see recordings on my PC and am currently streaming to my TV from this to watch recordings.
