I was just about to push the button to get DJI Care Refresh on it, but reading through the T&Cs it says that Care Refresh only cover purchases from "official or authorised channels". They contacted the previous owner and after about 5 days to one week they e-mailed me and closed the case because the previous owner didn't respond.

Why is it exclusive to Amazon US and not available in offline store in other countries, provided DJI drones facing challenges in US (possibility of DJI getting banned in US). I wanted to buy it from Thailand (Fly more combo-3 batteries) but it is not available for Thailand region. Why is DJI so keen on serving only US and ignore rest of the world.
