Nov 29, 2024 · Some devices will have an option to reboot on one of their status/admin pages... sometimes beside one to reset to factory defaults (last resort option). If you are using Spectrum's hardware, there should be an option if you log into your account or MySpectrum app and view the status of your service and devices.

To reset your equipment online: Sign in with your Spectrum username and password. From the Account Summary page, select the Services tab. Under Services & Equipment, select the Internet sub-tab. Find the modem or router you want to reset, and select Experiencing Issues? Select Reset Equipment. You can also reboot your modem manually.

Repeated by unscrewing coaxial cable. The automated Spectrum helper talks you through resetting, then presumes everything working! External DVD machine plays picture & audio without problem.
