How do you find the pencil mode in Adobe Animate CC 2019?
Feb 14, 2019 · I have selected the pencil tool but I cant find the pencil mode tool at the bottom of the Tools Bar. You can't even see the bottom of the Tools bar. Resize the Tools bar to at least two columns so the icons aren't running off the bottom of the screen.

The Smooth option is in the Tools panel at the bottom when the Pencil is selected (you can have Straighten, Smooth or Ink). When you have Smooth selected you can change the Smoothing level in the Properties panel.

Jan 31, 2010 · Use ellipse tool to draw an ellipse with the fill color I need. With an ellipse the bucket tool is enabled and I can select the fill color easily. Keep the ellipse aside in a corner of the document. Draw the path you need with the pen tool. It allows me only to select the border color, no chance I can set a fill color at all.

Dec 10, 2024 · The pencil in Animate isn't working like the Flash's one. By that, I mean that it's shifting and smoothing in a very different way, making drawing impossible. We tried a lot of different approaches: Checking the Windows Ink parameters, checking if the pencil is really in the Ink mode, scaling at 100%, display proprieties... nothing works.

Jan 8, 2019 · I learned animating through Adobe Flash and recently moved onto Adobe Animate. I thought that Animate's pencil tool will be same as the Flash's one. So I tried shading a character by pencil tool but apparently it just colors everything inside the stroke. I wanted to color only the crescent part of the drawing. What am I supposed to do?
