The Confederation of African Football has released the final ten-man shortlist for the 2024 Africa Player of the Year and surprisingly missing is Mohammed Kudus.

Mohammed Kudus faces the possibility of further punishment after the Football Association (FA) charged the West Ham United forward following his red card at Tottenham Hotspur. The Ghana international was sent off following violent conduct in the second half of West Ham’s 4-1 defeat at Tottenham Hotspur on Saturday.
