The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences has released preliminary information about the four people killed in a fiery helicopter crash Sunday.

Lerma was one of three passengers and the pilot aboard the doomed helicopter that was taking a night tour over downtown Houston when it crashed into a radio tower in the Second Ward and spiraled into a ball of fire before crashing.

All four victims of Sunday night's deadly helicopter crash have been identified. The Medical Examiner's Office released the names of the victims who perished after the helicopter they were riding in crashed into a radio tower in the Second Ward and spiraled into a ball of fire before crashing to the ground Sunday evening.

Federal authorities continued their investigation into the incident Wednesday as questions remain over what led to the crash.
