Emotional accounts from relatives of the victims and survivors of the partial collapse of a boat dock gangway on Georgia’s Sapelo Island and a newly released video of the frantic rescue efforts paint a dramatic picture of Saturday’s incident.

At least seven people were killed Saturday after part of a ferry dock collapsed on Georgia's Sapelo Island, according to a spokesperson for the state agency that operates it.

"The baby that went underwater, she was going in and out. So, I actually put her on my boat and brought her to the mainland to the ambulance," said one witness.
