The BAA will provide a direct financial contribution of $700,000 over the next four years while providing entries into the Boston Marathon that the BAA says could see fundraising totals for the Reggie exceed $1.

The Boston Athletic Association on Thursday announced it will invest more than $1 million in The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center at Roxbury Community College.

"We are focused on providing all athletes – no matter experience level, background, or age – a chance to participate and take part in athletics at the RLTAC."

The Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center (RLTAC) at Roxbury Community College and the Boston Athletic Association (B.A.A.) on Thursday announced a groundbreaking multi-year partnership advancing athletic programming and opportunities at the Roxbury athletic facility.

The BAA, which is most known for hosting the Boston Marathon, is donating $1.3 million to the Reggie Lewis Center.
