Located between Bluewell and Bramwell along U.S. Route 52, Pinnacle Rock State Park in Mercer County includes a 3,100 foot tall sandstone rock formation that shares a name with the park.

At Pinnacle Mountain State Park, Assistant Superintendent Cale Davenport said showcasing the state’s beauty will be fairly easy to do, and planning at the park has gone on for months now.

Pinnacle Mountain State Park's peak rises more than 1,000 feet and the park itself encompasses 2,351 acres. The park boasts more than 40 miles of trails for all kinds of outdoor enthusiasts.
