Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and the king of Denmark this week inaugurated the country’s largest sovereign AI supercomputer. The Gefion system, named after the Norse goddess of agriculture, is operated by the Danish Center for AI Innovation (DCAI), which was founded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark.
