Worst water park we ever visited. Teenagers jumping the queue and no one takes action. Rude staff, rides need maintenance and food overpriced. Full review by 20dre

Had a fun day with my 3 teenagers. Went on a Monday in July and it was quite busy - the queues varied by ride, some where around 5 mins, others up to 30 mins. The park was big enough to keep all… Full review by TobyP296

Hi there and thanks for your question! As with any theme or water park, the best days to visit during the summer are weekdays, as crowds are lighter versus weekends. Crowd sizes are also based on weather. The hotter it is, the more guests are going to want to visit and keep cool. The Park offers a wide-variety of kid-friendly activities, including three dedicated kids areas, plus our wave pool and lazy river. We look forward to your visit this summer!

Frankly, I don't know why you would choose to go here. We were there in July and were very disappointed. The grounds were not kept clean, half the attractions didn't open until 11:00 or 12:00, the wave pool was open at 10:00, but waves were not activated until 11:00, and sidewalks were very hot under foot. Sorry, I cannot answer your question about purchasing tickets online.
