Pinnacles during Thanksgiving? Snow? Road conditions? 2 adults, 4 kids, staying in a hotel nearby. We wanted to go to Lassen, but reading on TripAdvisor forum that it is iffy in November.
A:
Road won't be bad, but it maybe cold and wet! Make sure the trails are open before you go! Recommend Death Valley instead. Lassen in July or August.
